All returned items must be in their original packaging with the factory seal intact and accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the item securely in its original box, including all manuals, cables, and promotional gifts that were included in the initial shipment.

  Refund or Exchange

  Once approved, we will process your replacement unit or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
